How can you make contact?
You can either telephone or email. If you telephone, you may get an answer phone; please leave a message and you will be rung back as soon as possible.
You will be offered an initial meeting for about one and a half hours to allow for a full assessment to take place and explore how best to approach the situation.
By the end of the assessment, you will be able to decide whether counselling/support is the right step for you. The cost of the sessions will be made clear to you. You may decide there and then or go away and think about it.
